“ I had an incredible meal at Pork Belly’s! The mountain burgers were nothing short of amazing – juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right. The pork belly really added a rich, smoky depth to the classic burger flavor, making each bite a perfect balance of savory goodness. But the star of the meal might have been the smoked brisket – so tender it practically melted in my mouth, with that perfect hint of smokiness that just makes you crave more. The battered fries were a fantastic side, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. “ Some of the best bbq I have ever had. Amazing pork ribs and pulled pork. Delicious cornbread. Mashed potatoes that taste like they're from scratch. Crispy lovely tater tots. Great friendly service. Good portions and prices. Bonus points for real silverware! I'm not a huge bbq person, and this place made me a believer. ”
“ I tried their Patriot steak-and-eggs breakfast today, but was disappointed. The steak was full of tendon and edged on three sides with a gristley barrier. Further it was both under-seasoned and over-smoked. The potato side - I had tots - was okay. The eggs, however, were outstanding! Perfectly scrambled and seasoned, they vanished rapidly. Nevertheless, I won't order any steak dish here again... Two weeks ago: the more things change... PorkBelly's is now advertising smoked brisket by the pound on Fridays, and they have a full rack of ribs I'm aching to try as a special on Saturday night. For now, though, I hit the best breakfast IMHO, their breakfast enchilada, now with strips of peppery sausage with the pulled pork. Top it with Angry Bird Sauce, and it's even better! ”
